At Freedom of Choice, we are always looking for ways to improve the service we provide to our clients. So we are excited to announce that we will shortly be launching the brand new Freedom of Choice Online system. The new system will be implemented in two (2) stages, with the initial launch at the end of March 2017 followed by further enhancements in mid 2017. We are truly excited about the substantial improvements the new system will deliver for Freedom of Choice clients.
Please not that until we transfer to the new online system you will continue to have access to the existing system.
As part of the system change, there are a couple of things we need to make you aware of:
New member number and login details
Following the upgrade to the new system, for security reasons, you will be allocated a new member number. However, all of your other account details will remain the same. We have recently sent letters to all members to notify them of their new member numbers. If you are having your superannuation contributions paid into your Freedom of Choice account, please tell your employer your new member number.
In addition to new member numbers for security reasons we will also be issuing new passwords to access your account online. We will notify you when we have changed the system so that you can contact us to receive your new password.
BPAY reference number change
A change in member number also means a change to your BPAY reference number. Therefore, if you make contributions via BPAY, please give us a call on 1800 806 013 to confirm your BPAY reference number. There is no change to the BPAY biller code or any other methods of payment.
New Postal Address
Since 1 March 2017, we have updated our postal address to PO Box 3528, Tingalpa DC QLD 4173.
