Making contributions

Paying contributions is easy with Freedom of Choice Super. Once you have completed an Employer Application Form and registered your employees with us, there are three ways you can provide us with details for each payment you make:

1. You can opt to use Employer Direct (Superchoice) as a clearing house, where you can either upload the details or enter them directly online; OR
2. Complete and return the contribution remittance form; OR
3. You can use your own payroll system generated report (in excel or csv format), but you must provide the following member details: Freedom of Choice membership number, member’s first name, member’s last name and member’s date of birth, contribution amount & contribution type.
